Being Extraordinary Intensive - Terms and Conditions

All Purchases

1. All prices are in US Dollars.
2. If your purchase is eligible for a refund, your refund is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If the program or product you're purchasing is eligible for our conditional money-back guarantee, that will be stated in a section specific to your purchase below. Completion of the program may be required.
3. You agree to not cancel, revoke, charge-back or dispute any previously entered charge on your credit card, unless prohibited by law. If, after making a payment or payments by credit card, you later dispute properly authorized charge(s), you will pay all fees and costs incurred by PAX Programs Incorporated as a result of the improper cancellation, revocation, charge-back or dispute. You authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to charge such fees and costs on the credit card provided by you to register.
4. If you receive any bonuses with your purchase, they must be used within the stated time frame. The bonuses have no cash redemption value and no refund value. PAX Programs Incorporated may substitute a bonus program or product of equal or greater value. If you cancel the purchase with which a bonus was provided, any unused bonuses will be also canceled, and PAX Programs Incorporated reserves the right to charge the regular rate for all bonuses you have fulfilled.

PAY IN FULL

1. Being Extraordinary Intensive includes a non-refundable deposit of $1,295
2. Participation in this Intensive is limited to graduates of both Understanding Men and Understanding Women online programs.
• Being Extraordinary (course of your choice at checkout), Bonus other Being Extraordinary course, Critical Missing Pieces and Extreme Freedom will be placed in your account, but will not unlock until our system shows that you've completed both of the required courses.
• Access to the Understanding Level programs you've completed will be available when the program starts.
3. Your purchase gives you access to this course personally and individually. Sharing Online Course access or Live Interaction access with another or others will constitute a violation and may result in termination of privileges without a refund.
4. The Intensive includes weekly activities, online assignments and Sessions or Live Interaction calls. See the Intensive Schedule.
• The Sessions are conference calls aligned with specific online course sessions. To fully participate in the Sessions, you must have completed the preparation.
• The video preparation time is cumulative and approximate, and doesn't include optional prompts.
• There is a total of 24-27 hours of videos, depending upon which Being Extraordinary course you choose.
• The Live Interaction Calls with Alison may have recommended, but not required, preparation. However, being on track is to your advantage. To maximize everyone's benefit, Alison reserves the right to not review material covered in the online course content.
• Attendance on the calls is NOT required to participate in the intensive. Review of the recorded session is recommended within 5 days.
5. Due to the limited number of spaces available, if your participation is not congruent with the pace and commitment of the Intensive, we reserve the right to remove you from the Intensive. You'll be free to pursue a less strenuous and unstructured approach to the Being Extraordinary Level.
6. The PAX Programs Incorporated "Money-Back Guarantee" does not apply to the Being Extraordinary Intensive, because the ultimate success of this program depends heavily on your efforts both during and after the program.

PAYMENT PLAN

1. Your first payment is non-refundable and will be processed today, at the time you complete your registration. Two (2) remaining payments will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same form of payment you use when completing your registration. A charge of $20 will be assessed for any changes to the payment schedule.
1. If any of the payments are declined for any reason, PAX Programs Incorporated is authorized to assess and collect a Decline Fee of $15 for each occurrence. It is your responsibility to contact PAX Programs Incorporated to rectify the problem. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, access to all online components of the Being Extraordinary Intensive will be suspended.
2. After participating in Freedom from Being Ordinary, if you default on the remaining payments, you will reimburse PAX Programs Incorporated for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the tuition, including but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs of court.
