Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there 6-Day Access or 30-Day Access?
- Some people prefer to consume the information in a concentrated period of time. They may not utilize the optional prompts nor have a desire to interact with Alison. The 6-Day Access period is economical for this purpose.
- Some people prefer to take more time and perhaps rewind and review the material. They benefit by the optional prompts that stimulate understanding and application in different contexts. And they may have questions they'd like Alison to respond to with the most up-to-date information from her ongoing research. The 30-Day Access serves these purposes.
Why can't I have "forever" access?
- Due to the complexity of our curriculum and custom tracking systems, our videos are not downloadable. Instead, they are provided by an independent service. So we pay for you to watch them. If we were to try to anticipate how much time our students might watch our videos, we'd have to charge more for everyone. To maintain our value of affordability and accessibility, we provide two typical choices plus affordable ways to add more of what you want, when you want it.
- While the ideal of "lifetime" access may sound good, it really means the lifetime of the organization, not yours. We choose transparency and options.
How can I get more time with my course and/or with Alison?
- When you realize you want more time, you can choose a "Just the Course" subscription for $25 per month.
- If you want more time AND more Alison, choose a QUEST subscription for $49 per month.
- You may add a subscription before or even years after your course access has expired.
Can I watch on my iPad or iPhone instead of my Computer?
- Yes! Our online courses are compatible on many smart devices and when you're connected to Wifi.
Are there other ways to get access to the information in the online curriculum? Audio recordings, books or transcripts?
- First, it might help to know how Alison provides information:
- She is sensitive to the variety of "learning languages". When providing the core teachings from her study of men, women, relationships and other human behaviors, she looks for the forms that best fit the material, the transformation and how people need to interact with it for the most value.
- There will be overlaps for topics that warrant being revisited, and she's adamant about avoiding redundancy in our curriculum.
- Many people prefer to listen to the video recordings without watching. Alison encourages anyone who does this to check the video when she's referring to information on her flip-chart displays.
- The Queen's Code, a novel, covers a wide range of topics that are explored in greater depth in Understanding Men, Understanding Women, Extreme Freedom and Being Extraordinary as a Woman.
- Keys to the Kingdom, the prequel to The Queen's Code, illuminates the Stages of Development (also taught in The Amazing Development of Men audio recording) in a fictional format that touches on 26 other topics elaborated upon in the Understanding and Being Extraordinary Levels online.
- The system that delivers the online curriculum videos can be set to simultaneously provide a transcript, but it's not always accurate.
