The online courses are released in the order that Alison recommends most people complete this curriculum. Starting with your first payment, you will have access to at least 2 courses concurrently. (If you want access to all of them concurrently, see the Paid In Full option).

Note: If you need access to a course after its 30-days have expired, you may extend it for $25 per month.

Access for each online course is for 30 days after you press Start Now. Access also begins when prerequisites have been fulfilled and according to the payment schedule as follows:
    1. With your 1st Payment, you will receive access to:

      2. Understanding Women online course
    2. Upon your 2nd payment, you will receive access to the Understanding Men and Extreme Freedom online courses
    3. Upon your 3rd payment, you will receive access to the Understanding Sex & Intimacy and Understanding Love & Commitment online courses
  3. The following online courses require completion of LUX, Understanding Men and Understanding Women prior to accessing:
    1. Understanding Sex & Intimacy
    2. Understanding Love & Commitment
  4. To start watching immediately after Checkout, or to return and watch your program:
    1. Log In to your AlisonArmstrong.com account and select "Access Online Programs".
    2. Click the Online Course name and the system will connect you with the last session you were on.
    3. You will also receive these instructions via email, after checkout from CustomerCare@AlisonArmstrong.com.
